Private consultations and life coaching are a wonderful starting point for embarking on a life-long journey of personal growth. Private consultations are typically one hour long, and offered by telephone to clients world-wide.
Private consultations in energy medicine may include illuminations, destiny tracking, soul retrieval, or extraction work.
We do not offer medical or psychological consultations. Please consult your doctor or mental health professional for these services.
Sessions with one of our practitioners trained in energy medicine generally cost $250. A copy of the office policy regarding private consultations and life coaching can be sent to you upon your request. What’s done during a session is dependent on the issues at hand and with whom you’re working. Please be aware there is often a waiting list for private consultations.

Alberto Villoldo
Alberto Villoldo, PhD, is a medical anthropologist and psychologist who has studied the spiritual practices of the Amazon and the Andes for more than 25 years. Founder of The Four Winds Society, he instructs individuals throughout the world in the practice of energy medicine. Alberto sees private clients on a very limited basis, focusing on sessions with advanced practitioners and destiny retrieval work.
Linda Fitch
Linda Fitch is the Executive Director of the Four Winds Society and Dean of the Light Body School. Recently, she has focused her efforts on developing the Four Winds non-profit project and accompanying DVD, Dying Consciously, a free service dedicated to helping people die consciously. A passionate teacher, Linda works at the level of the soul to go beyond the place of words alone to look at the larger mythic patterns which can shape the way we perceive the world. Linda also offers private consultations and life coaching.
Marcela Lobos
Four Winds, Sr. Staff member, Marcela Lobos is a medicine woman initiated in the healing and spiritual traditions of the Amazon and the Andes. Passionate about taking women through “rites of passage” that allow them to find their power, beauty, and wisdom, Marcela has a thriving shamanic healing practice and travels throughout the world teaching the wisdom of the medicine wheel. She was born in the Andes, and leads expeditions there to work with women shamans in a matriarchal society that still holds the wisdom and passion of Mother Earth.
Jillian Rachelle
Jillian is a Practitioner of Energy Medicine and a Shamanic Teacher with The Four Winds in the US and abroad. In addition Jillian is 2002 and 2006 Olympian in the sport of Mogul Skiing. Since her retirement from competitive skiing in January 2010, she has turned her passion full time to the Shamans way of medicine, which is a path of personal growth, healing, and empowerment. Jillian teaches, lectures, and also has a full time client practice.
Christina Allen
Christina Allen, trained classically as a Physicist and Neuroscientist also studied classical yoga extensively before stepping onto the shamanic path. She now stands with one foot in either world in a place of balance and grace. Her passion is sharing the integration of these many wisdom teachings with others and empowering people to find their own magnificence. She opens her arms and heart to all who are willing to embark on the journey of self-transformation and personal evolution.
DeeDee McMillan
DeeDee McMillan was told at a young age she had the heart and hands of a healer. Being good in math and science, she didn't live these words until much later. Spirit called, and when she finally answered, the path of the shaman unfolded. DeeDee’s passion is following her soul's journey as well as facilitating others to shape their own. She has journeyed on several occasions to Peru to hold healing ceremonies with the Q’ero shaman. DeeDee brings deeply transformative techniques to her clients.
