Day 1: Sacred Valley |

Flight from Lima to Cusco. You need to arrive at the Cusco airport before noon, where you will be met by our expedition staff. Local transfer to our Hotel in the Sacred Valley, identifiedby Travel and Leisure Magazine as one of the 15 finest Haciendas in South America. Evening orientation and fire ceremony. |

Day 2: Sacred Valley |

Start your morning with yoga. After breakfast we visit Pumamarca, the Temple of the Pumas in the foothills of the Andes. A 45 minute hike takes us to the ruins (accessible by vehicle for those who do not wish to walk), where the Laika lead us in a blessing ceremony. Afternoon meeting and talk with Alberto at the hotel. Topic: Spiritual and Physical Detox, Growing New Bodies. In the evening there will be optional healing sessions with the shamans. |

Day 3: Sacred Valley |

Morning yoga and breathing practice. Your small group, accompanied by your shaman, travels to Tipon, the temple of the waters, built by the Inka Pachakutek. Ceremony at the temple, where the Laika share the Daykeepers Rites. Afternoon meeting and talk with Alberto at the hotel. Topic: Archeology and Spirituality: The Rise and Fall of the Inka Empire. In the evening there will be optional healing sessions with the shamans. |

Morning yoga and breathing practice. After breakfast we visit the ceremonial cave at Pachar, and the temple of the waters at Unu Urco. Ceremony at the temple, and the Wisdomkeepers Rites. Afternoon meeting and talk with Alberto at the hotel. Topic: The Great Shamanic Initiations. In the evening there will be optional healing sessions with the shamans. |

Day 5: Sacred Valley |

Morning yoga and breathing practice. We hike with our shamans to the archeological ruins at Pisa’q, the Temple of the Falcon, where we receive the Starkeepers rites. According to the shamans, these rites contain the biological codes for a new human that we can become, one that ages, heals and dies differently. Afternoon meeting and talk with Alberto at the hotel. Topic: The Shamans and the Lamas: The Andean-Tibetan Connection. In the evening there will be optional healing sessions with the shamans. |

Day 6: Sacred Valley |

Morning yoga and breathing practice. Early morning departure to the ceremonial center of Racchi, where all the great houses of the Inka gathered to select the new ruler. This is a long bus ride, so come prepared with trail snacks. Afternoon meeting and talk with Alberto at the hotel. Topic: Mythology of the Earth Peoples. In the evening there will be optional healing sessions with the shamans. |

Morning yoga and breathing practice. Free day for rest, and visits to local markets. Optional: Tour to Machu Picchu departing early in the morning and returning early evening. (Additional cost. Must pre–register for this tour.) In the evening there will be optional healing sessions with the shamans (not if going to Machu Picchu). |

Day 8: Sacred Valley |

Morning yoga and breathing practice. We explore the Earth Temple at Moray, where the Laika cross-bred their wisdom and their corn. Moray is made of four gigantic ‘bowls’ in the earth that the Inka lined with massive stone walls. This was a temple dedicated to genetically selecting for the finest strains of the many crops the Inka domesticated. We receive the blessings of the Time to Come. Afternoon meeting and talk with Alberto at the hotel. Topic: The Luminous Energy Field and the Matrix of Creation In the evening there will be optional healing sessions with the shamans. |

Morning yoga and breathing practice. We accompany the Laika and archeological guides to Killarumiyoc, an archeological site dedicated to the moon and fertility. We observe the stone lunar calendar, a rarity in the Andean world, and receive the blessing of the Creator Rites. Afternoon meeting and talk with Alberto at the hotel. Topic: 2012 and the Laika Prophesies of the End of Time. In the evening there will be optional healing sessions with the shamans. |

Morning yoga and breathing practice. We accompany the Laika and archeological guides to Killarumiyoc, an archeological site dedicated to the moon and fertility. We observe the stone lunar calendar, a rarity in the Andean world, and receive the blessing of the Creator Rites. Afternoon meeting and talk with Alberto at the hotel. Topic: The Serpent of Light. In the evening there will be optional healing sessions with the shamans. |

Day 11: Sacred Valley |

Morning yoga and breathing practice. After breakfast we visit the ruins of Sacsayhuaman outside of Cusco. Optional walking tour of the City of Cusco, the oldest continually inhabited city in the Americas. Stopping points include the Cathedral, and the Temple of Coricancha. Lunch at the restaurant of your choice, and afternoon free for exploring or shopping. Late afternoon return to the Hotel. Afternoon meeting and talk with Alberto at the hotel. Topic: The Shaman’s Altar. In the evening there will be optional healing sessions with the shamans. |

Day 12: Lima |

Transfer to the airport for your morning flight to Lima, and international connections. Or continue on to the Amazon or Lake Titicaca. |
