Das Aranwa Sacred Valley Hotel & Wellness wurde am Ufer des Vilcanota-Flusses auf dem Gel\u00e4nde einer alten kolonialen Hacienda aus dem 17. Jahrhundert erbaut, die vollst\u00e4ndig restauriert wurde, um luxuri\u00f6se Unterk\u00fcnfte zu bieten, wobei die urspr\u00fcnglichen Details aus dieser Zeit erhalten blieben.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tag 1 –<\/strong> Ankunft am Flughafen von Cusco. Sie werden von unseren Mitarbeitern begr\u00fc\u00dft und zu Ihrer Lodge im Heiligen Tal gebracht (ca. 1,5 Stunden). Melden Sie sich an und machen Sie sich mit Ihrer Umgebung vertraut.<\/span><\/p>\n

18:00 Uhr. Willkommen mit Alberto, Marcela und den Schamanen<\/span>
20:00 Uhr. Feuerzeremonie<\/span><\/p>\n

Tag 2 –<\/strong> Yoga am fr\u00fchen Morgen. Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck. Wir wandern nach Pumamarca, dem Tempel der Jaguare (45 Minuten Wanderung bis zu den Ruinen, mit dem Fahrzeug erreichbar f\u00fcr diejenigen, die nicht wandern k\u00f6nnen). Schamanen leiten uns in einer Segnungszeremonie an. Picknick-Mittagessen bei den Ruinen.<\/span><\/p>\n

18:00 Uhr. Treffen mit Alberto und Marcela; optionale Heilsitzungen mit den Schamanen<\/span><\/p>\n

Tag 3 –<\/strong> Yoga am fr\u00fchen Morgen. Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck. Optionale Besichtigung von Machu Picchu oder freier Tag zur Besichtigung von Cuzco. Besuchen Sie die Kathedrale, den Tempel des Coricancha und den Hauptplatz. Oder machen Sie eine erfrischende Wanderung, oder entspannen Sie sich einfach, schreiben Sie und genie\u00dfen Sie die sch\u00f6ne Umgebung!<\/span><\/p>\n

Tag 4 –<\/strong> Yoga am fr\u00fchen Morgen. Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck. Wir besuchen Pisac, den Tempel des Falken. Meditationen zur \u00d6ffnung unserer inneren Vision, um die Realit\u00e4t unverf\u00e4lscht wahrzunehmen. Wir genie\u00dfen das Kunsthandwerk auf dem Markt von Pisac auf dem Stadtplatz. Mittagessen und Einkaufen auf eigene Faust.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tag 5 –<\/strong> Yoga am fr\u00fchen Morgen. Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck. Wir besuchen den Erdtempel in Moray, gigantische „Schalen“ mit massiven Steinw\u00e4nden. Wir erhalten von den Schamanen den Seherritus, der deine F\u00e4higkeit, die unsichtbare Welt der Energie wahrzunehmen, weckt. Mittagessen auf eigene Faust in Urubamba.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tag 6 –<\/strong> Yoga am fr\u00fchen Morgen. Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck. Fahrt zur arch\u00e4ologischen St\u00e4tte von Kiya Rumiyoc, dem Tempel der Mondg\u00f6ttin. Zeremonie der Earthkeepers, ein Initiationsritus, um ein Verwalter der Erde zu werden und die Weisheit der Mutterg\u00f6ttin zu empfangen.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Aranwa Sacred Valley Hotel & Wellness is built on the banks of the Vilcanota River, on the lands of an old colonial hacienda of the 17th century, which was completely restored to provide luxury accommodations while preserving the original details of that time.<\/span><\/p>

Day 1 \u2013<\/strong> Arrival Cusco Airport. You will be greeted by our staff and brought to your lodge in the Sacred Valley (approx. 1.5 hours). Check in and get acquainted with your surroundings.<\/span><\/p>

4:00 p.m. Ecstatic Chant with Deva, Miten, and Manose<\/span>
6:00 p.m. Welcome with Alberto, Marcela, and the shamans<\/span>
8:00 p.m. Fire ceremony<\/span><\/p>

Day 2 \u2013<\/strong> Early morning yoga. Breakfast. We hike to Pumamarca, the Temple of the Jaguars (45 min hike up to ruins, accessible by vehicle for those who are unable to hike). Shamans lead us in a blessing ceremony. Picnic lunch at the ruins.<\/span><\/p>

4:00 p.m. Ecstatic Chant with Deva, Miten, and Manose<\/span>
6:00 p.m. Meeting with Alberto and Marcela; optional healing sessions with the shamans<\/span><\/p>

Day 3 \u2013<\/strong> Early morning yoga. Breakfast. Optional tour of Machu Picchu or free day to visit Cuzco. Visit the Cathedral, the Temple of the Coricancha and the Main Square. Or go out for an invigorating hike, or simply relax, journal and enjoy the beautiful surroundings!<\/span><\/p>

Day 4 \u2013<\/strong> Early morning yoga. Breakfast. We visit Pisac, the Temple of the Falcon. Meditations on opening our inner vision to perceive reality pristinely. We enjoy the crafts at the Pisac Market in the town square. Lunch and shopping on your own.<\/span><\/p>

4:00 p.m. Ecstatic Chant with Deva, Miten, and Manose<\/span>
6:00 p.m. Meeting with Alberto and Marcela; optional healing sessions with the shamans<\/span><\/p>

Day 5 \u2013<\/strong> Early morning yoga. Breakfast. We visit the Earth Temple at Moray, gigantic \u201cbowls\u201d with massive stone walls. We receive the Seers Rite from the shamans, which awakens your ability to perceive the invisible world of energy. Lunch on your own in Urubamba.<\/span><\/p>

4:00 p.m. Ecstatic Chant with Deva, Miten, and Manose<\/span>
6:00 p.m. Meeting with Alberto and Marcela; otional healing sessions with the shamans<\/span><\/p>

Day 6 \u2013<\/strong> Early morning yoga. Breakfast. Drive to the archeological site of Kiya Rumiyoc, the Temple of the Moon Goddess. Ceremony of the Earthkeepers, a rite of initiation to become a steward of the Earth, and receive the wisdom of the Mother Goddess.<\/span><\/p>

4:00 p.m. Ecstatic Chant with Deva, Miten, and Manose<\/span>
6:00 p.m. Meeting with Alberto and Marcela; optional healing sessions with the shamans<\/span><\/p>

Day 7 \u2013<\/strong> Early morning yoga. Breakfast. Visit to the weaver\u2019s village and the archeological site of Chincheros. Healing ceremony with the shamans at the top of the ruins.<\/span><\/p>

4:00 p.m. Ecstatic Chant with Deva, Miten, and Manose<\/span>
6:00 p.m. Meeting with Alberto and Marcela; optional healing sessions with the shamans<\/span>
8:00 p.m. Closing fire ceremony<\/span><\/p>

Day 8 \u2013<\/strong> Return flights to Lima and home, or join the Mountain Expedition with Alberto or Lake Titicaca with Marcela.<\/span><\/p>
