Sus representaciones e historias me recuerdan a los cuentos de los chamanes del Amazonas sobre el jaguar hembra, una fuerza protectora que nos ense\u00f1a a no tener miedo de la muerte y la destrucci\u00f3n, ya que son partes inevitables del ciclo de la vida. El jaguar se desliza sin miedo por las aguas del Amazonas y navega h\u00e1bilmente por las corrientes del r\u00edo. Protege a sus cachorros y no duda en matar para mantenerlos.<\/p>\n<p>En la tradici\u00f3n andina, los chamanes llaman <em>Illa Tici Viracocha<\/em> al principio organizador del universo: el que est\u00e1 en todas partes y en todo. Pero, de alg\u00fan modo, el Padre Sol y la Madre Tierra dieron paso al Padre y al Hijo en las tradiciones de los conquistadores de Am\u00e9rica del Norte y del Sur. En todo el mundo, el poder de lo femenino puede perderse en historias sobre diosas al servicio de deidades masculinas. A menudo quedan relegados a personajes secundarios o terciarios. \u00bfTendr\u00e1 algo que ver con el sexo de los guardianes de estos cuentos?<\/p>\n<p>Con tales mitolog\u00edas gui\u00e1ndonos, no deber\u00eda sorprendernos que ya no honremos por igual a nuestra madre y a nuestro padre, a lo masculino y a lo femenino. La divinidad femenina tiene muchos rostros, pero como ha pasado a la clandestinidad en las culturas de todo el mundo, s\u00f3lo tenemos indicios sobre el alcance de sus poderes. La historia de los conquistadores, que toleraron a las curanderas capaces de atender las necesidades de los europeos enfermos y heridos, ha tenido eco en otros lugares: mientras las curanderas demostraran que conoc\u00edan su lugar en la jerarqu\u00eda del poder, se les permit\u00eda prosperar a peque\u00f1a escala. Pero si mostraban su ferocidad, hac\u00edan gala de una sabidur\u00eda superior a la de los hombres en el poder o desafiaban las normas escritas por los l\u00edderes masculinos de la comunidad, sol\u00edan pagar un alto precio.<\/p>\n<p>Lo vemos en las historias de Europa en las que las mujeres eran torturadas y asesinadas por ser \u00abbrujas\u00bb, es decir, por seguir una tradici\u00f3n espiritual ind\u00edgena que honraba el aspecto femenino del poder divino. La disminuci\u00f3n patriarcal de las mujeres y la exaltaci\u00f3n de los hombres se puede sentir incluso hoy en d\u00eda, un remanente de los viejos mitos que dan forma a nuestras percepciones de maneras que ni siquiera reconocemos.<\/p>\n<p>La Madre Tierra y el Padre Cielo no tienen por qu\u00e9 estar en guerra. El camino hacia la maestr\u00eda y la sabidur\u00eda requer\u00eda que consigui\u00e9ramos que se reconciliaran. En las tradiciones de los chamanes andinos, la Madre Tierra, o Pachamama, acelera nuestra evoluci\u00f3n ayud\u00e1ndonos a despojarnos del pasado que nos confina y a dejar ir nuestros miedos &#8211; miedos tanto a la muerte f\u00edsica, como a la muerte de nuestras nociones preconcebidas sobre qui\u00e9nes somos y qui\u00e9nes podemos llegar a ser. La Pachamama nos ayuda a volvernos sabios y a ver nuestras vidas como parte de una historia m\u00edtica mayor, a medida que trascendemos las limitaciones de todos los mitos, creencias e ideas sobre lo que es posible.<\/p>\n<p>La evoluci\u00f3n requiere despertar al yo que recuerda que todo est\u00e1 conectado: nosotros, la Tierra, la naturaleza y sus criaturas, nuestros corazones y nuestras cabezas, nuestra energ\u00eda y todas las part\u00edculas que componen el cuerpo que habitamos por ahora.
