El mito de Inkari aparece por primera vez en los pueblos Q’ero. La leyenda dice que despu\u00e9s de<\/p>\n
fundando el Imperio Inka, Inkari y Collari abandonaron Cusco y regresaron a la Amazonia. Pero hicieron una parada en las aldeas de Q’ero, y el primer padre y la primera madre prometieron volver cuando llegara el momento.<\/p>\n
Los Q’ero est\u00e1n encaramados en las tierras altas por encima de la selva, y los aldeanos hacen regularmente el 70<\/p>\n
kil\u00f3metros hasta la exuberante Amazonia para cosechar coca y otros alimentos. El mito explica que los primeros padres abandonaron los ornamentados edificios de piedra de la ciudad de Cusco<\/p>\n
para la selva tropical salvaje y pr\u00edstina.<\/p>\n
Inkari no regres\u00f3 al Sol, pues no hab\u00eda perecido. Viaj\u00f3 a la selva verde, donde esperar\u00eda hasta que llegara el momento de volver al mundo de los humanos.<\/p>\n
Los Q’ero recordaron esta promesa bordando la figura del \u00abhombre salvaje de la selva\u00bb<\/p>\n
en sus tejidos. Este ser es conocido como el chuncho, que representa al \u00abprimer ser\u00bb que habit\u00f3 el mundo y que surgi\u00f3 del jard\u00edn amaz\u00f3nico.<\/p>\n
Si bien puede parecernos contradictorio que el chuncho represente a los seres ancestrales y tambi\u00e9n la promesa de Inkari de regresar, esto no representa una contradicci\u00f3n para los pobladores andinos, que tienen una comprensi\u00f3n menos lineal del tiempo. En la mente de los andinos, el tiempo puede girar como una rueda, y el pasado volver\u00e1, aunque de una forma diferente pero claramente reconocible. Inkari volver\u00e1, tal vez ni siquiera como un ni\u00f1o, sino como t\u00fa y yo.<\/p>\n
El chuncho es una figura en forma de V de la que emanan cuatro rayos, que representan los cuatro<\/p>\n
rincones de la Tierra. Es una marca de la casa real de los Inka, y los Q’ero son los \u00fanicos pueblos de los Andes que utilizan este motivo en sus tejidos. El patr\u00f3n no s\u00f3lo establece la ascendencia regia de este pueblo; tambi\u00e9n sirve para recordar a todos los pueblos de los Andes el regreso de su padre fundador.<\/p>\n
El retorno de Inkari tambi\u00e9n sirve para explicar la creencia de que volvemos una vida tras otra,<\/p>\n
Unas veces nacen negros, otras morenos, blancos, nativos americanos, europeos o africanos. Pero s\u00f3lo los chamanes que cartografiaban el territorio m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la muerte, que conoc\u00edan el paisaje y las trampas de los reinos entre los mundos, pod\u00edan nacer en el lugar de su elecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
S\u00f3lo ellos pudieron nacer de nuevo en la tierra de Q’ero, un lugar prohibitivo donde crec\u00edan muy pocos alimentos, a altitudes que dejar\u00edan sin aliento a un hombre corriente. Este era el nido de las \u00e1guilas, donde pod\u00edan llegar a vivir sin ser molestadas por quienes prefer\u00edan la comodidad de los palomares o la ciudad. Y volver\u00edan con una misi\u00f3n: marcar el regreso de Inkari.<\/p>\n
