Buscamos a esa persona que nos ayude a curar nuestras heridas, que nos ayude a encontrarnos a nosotros mismos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Muchos de nosotros empezamos con la esperanza de haber encontrado a la pareja perfecta, pero acabamos sintiendo que no reconocemos a esa persona como antes. Pero en lugar de poner fin a la relaci\u00f3n, podemos <em>convertirnos en<\/em> <em>la pareja adecuada<\/em> pasando por esta serie de iniciaciones que hice con mi esposa, Marcela.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Comience por el primer chakra y, a continuaci\u00f3n, examine sucesivamente cada uno de los siete chakras del cuerpo y comprom\u00e9tase a nivel de cada chakra.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En el primer chakra: \u00bfC\u00f3mo os vais a ayudar mutuamente con vuestras necesidades de supervivencia, vuestras necesidades b\u00e1sicas de identidad, y os vais a comprometer mutuamente a satisfacer vuestras necesidades m\u00e1s fundamentales? \u00bfSe siente seguro? \u00bfPuede revelar qui\u00e9n es <em>realmente<\/em> y no c\u00f3mo quiere que le vean los dem\u00e1s? \u00bfPuedes confiar en que esta persona no te har\u00e1 da\u00f1o si muestras tu lado m\u00e1s tierno? De eso se trata, y tienes que estar dispuesto a revelarte y a hablar de ello, lo cual puede dar miedo y ser doloroso.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En el segundo chakra: \u00bfC\u00f3mo vas a abrazar al Otro por lo que es, y por todos sus dones, bendiciones y maldiciones? \u00bfEst\u00e1s dispuesto a recibirlos, abrazarlos y comprometerte a ayudar al Otro a descubrir la plenitud de su ser?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En el tercer chakra: \u00bfC\u00f3mo puedes reconocer, respetar y contribuir al poder y la expresi\u00f3n de los dem\u00e1s en el mundo sin sentirte amenazado por ello?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En el cuarto chakra, el coraz\u00f3n: C\u00f3mo pod\u00e9is dedicaros a practicar el amor incondicional, y con eso me refiero a un amor que no est\u00e9 condicionado por nuestra educaci\u00f3n, por mam\u00e1 y pap\u00e1. El amor incondicionado se basa en honrar al Otro.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En el quinto chakra: \u00bfC\u00f3mo respetar la voz del otro? \u00bfPuedes comprometerte a escuchar profundamente al Otro, a ser un buen oyente, a ser un testigo atento de tu pareja e invitar a que su voz se desarrolle al m\u00e1ximo, frente a un susurro oculto por miedo a ofender?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En el sexto chakra: \u00bfC\u00f3mo pod\u00e9is apoyaros mutuamente en la visi\u00f3n de vuestro viaje por el mundo?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En el s\u00e9ptimo chakra: \u00bfC\u00f3mo se puede tener una pr\u00e1ctica espiritual conjunta?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Debes pasar por los siete niveles de compromiso profundo para que una relaci\u00f3n sea satisfactoria, porque si s\u00f3lo tienes seis &#8211; digamos que no has conectado en tu segundo chakra, tu sentido del yo, y no sientes que est\u00e1s siendo recibido o respetado por tu pareja &#8211; no va a funcionar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Si trabajas en cada uno de estos niveles, podr\u00e1s desarrollar el tipo de relaci\u00f3n que puede prosperar, incluso en los momentos m\u00e1s dif\u00edciles.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00bfTienes el valor de comprometerte en estas Iniciaciones al Amor?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El cham\u00e1n comprende que nos sentimos atra\u00eddos por aquellas personas con las que tenemos que aprender y a trav\u00e9s de las cuales tenemos que aprender.
