As\u00ed pues, la verdadera pregunta es: \u00bfc\u00f3mo tomamos conciencia de que estamos cambiando para poder acceder a la informaci\u00f3n del mundo de la energ\u00eda, del esp\u00edritu, y regresar con la informaci\u00f3n necesaria para sanarnos a nosotros mismos, a nuestros clientes y a nuestro mundo?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Recuerda que los chamanes buscan la curaci\u00f3n porque la curaci\u00f3n crea condiciones integrales para el bienestar que se encuentran en el reino de lo energ\u00e9tico. Por otra parte, la b\u00fasqueda de una cura se encuentra en el reino de la materia y suele ser un enfoque fragmentario y provisional de los males del cuerpo y de nuestro mundo. \u00bfC\u00f3mo lo conseguimos?  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Una forma es tomar conciencia del lugar que existe entre la energ\u00eda y la materia practicando la respiraci\u00f3n. Inspira contando hasta tres y aguanta la respiraci\u00f3n contando hasta tres antes de espirar contando hasta cinco. Repite esta pr\u00e1ctica respiratoria cinco veces, centrando tu atenci\u00f3n en los momentos en los que retengas la respiraci\u00f3n. Repite esta pr\u00e1ctica hasta que aguantar la respiraci\u00f3n hasta la cuenta de tres te resulte familiar y seas consciente de algo m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de este umbral.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La contenci\u00f3n de la respiraci\u00f3n se denomina espacio liminal. El espacio liminal es el umbral entre dos realidades, la materia y la energ\u00eda. Es un reino de posibilidades donde el tiempo se ralentiza y el esp\u00edritu y la materia bailan la exquisita danza de la creaci\u00f3n.
