Las \u00faltimas entradas del blog se han centrado en los animales poderosos. Esta semana aprender\u00e1s a viajar al reino invisible del Mundo Inferior para llamar a un animal de poder que te acompa\u00f1e de vuelta. Muy a menudo, ser\u00e1 uno que no has previsto, quiz\u00e1 tan simple como una golondrina, o tan raro como un cocodrilo. Debes aceptar el animal de poder que venga a ti, a menos que sea un insecto, que est\u00e1n asociados con el Mundo Inferior y es mejor dejarlos en su h\u00e1bitat espiritual natural.<\/span><\/p>\n

Trabajar con un animal de poder tiene que ver con qui\u00e9n te est\u00e1s convirtiendo, no con qui\u00e9n preferir\u00edas ser. Tu animal de poder te conectar\u00e1 con tu estado natural y virgen. Te enraizar\u00e1 en tu yo instintivo y podr\u00e1s encarnar sus ense\u00f1anzas comunic\u00e1ndote con \u00e9l y aprendiendo sus ritmos, movimientos y formas de percibir el mundo. Si recuperas un animal de poder que te desagrada, como una serpiente, recuerda que representa una parte instintiva de ti mismo de la que puedes haberte desconectado e incluso encontrar desagradable.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n<\/a>, realiza el ejercicio de respiraci\u00f3n de la peque\u00f1a muerte<\/a><\/span><\/em> y viaje a su jard\u00edn<\/a><\/span><\/em> en el Mundo Inferior.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Si\u00e9ntate sobre una piedra en el prado de tu jard\u00edn y siente c\u00f3mo el animal espiritual se te acerca por detr\u00e1s. Sienta c\u00f3mo se le eriza el vello de la nuca y perciba c\u00f3mo los ojos del animal se posan en usted a medida que se acerca. Escucha su respiraci\u00f3n detr\u00e1s de ti. Ahora date la vuelta, y en tu imaginaci\u00f3n abre los ojos y mira a los de tu animal de poder. Extiende la mano y t\u00f3cale el pico, el pelaje, la cornamenta, las escamas o las aletas.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

M\u00edralo a los ojos y preg\u00fantale: \u00ab\u00bfQu\u00e9 regalos me traes?\u00bb. \u00ab\u00bfCu\u00e1l es tu medicina?\u00bb \u00ab\u00bfCu\u00e1les son tus atributos? \u00ab\u00bfCu\u00e1les son tus puntos fuertes? \u00ab\u00bfCu\u00e1les son tus debilidades? \u00ab\u00bfC\u00f3mo me ayudar\u00e1s en mi curaci\u00f3n?\u00bb \u00ab\u00bfCu\u00e1nto tiempo llevas sigui\u00e9ndome?\u00bb \u00ab\u00bfC\u00f3mo puedo cuidarte y alimentarte?\u00bb y \u00ab\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 t\u00fa y no otro animal de poder?\u00bb. Entabla este di\u00e1logo todo el tiempo que necesites.<\/em> <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Cuando est\u00e9s preparado, invita a tu animal de poder a volver contigo. Desp\u00eddete del guardi\u00e1n de la puerta, el Se\u00f1or de la Vida y la Muerte, y sum\u00e9rgete en las aguas, llamando a tu animal espiritual para que regrese contigo. Haz un gran estiramiento, fr\u00f3tate las manos, fr\u00f3tate la cara y abre los ojos. (Vuelve a la habitaci\u00f3n y a tu cuerpo).<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

A continuaci\u00f3n, extiende las manos y siente la energ\u00eda de tu animal de poder, y luego tr\u00e1ela hacia ti. Ll\u00e9valo al chakra al que te gu\u00ede. Siente c\u00f3mo su energ\u00eda infunde cada c\u00e9lula de tu cuerpo. Empieza a mover los hombros, las manos y la cabeza como podr\u00eda moverse ese animal. Siente c\u00f3mo se funde con tu cuerpo. Cerrar el espacio sagrado.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

El siguiente ejercicio te llevar\u00e1 a encontrar los dones y secretos \u00fanicos de tu animal de poder y a descubrir su voz. Recuerda que esta criatura simboliza a menudo una parte descuidada o en la sombra de ti mismo. Puede representar partes con las que no te sientes c\u00f3modo, y no es raro que alguien a quien no le gustan los reptiles reciba uno como animal espiritual. Una vez que inicies el di\u00e1logo con tu animal de poder, notar\u00e1s que puede empezar a aparecer en sue\u00f1os o meditaciones.<\/span><\/p>\n

Deje tiempo suficiente para que surja un di\u00e1logo completo.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Durante la pr\u00f3xima semana, experimenta con la encarnaci\u00f3n de tu animal de poder y sus cualidades. Puede que te levantes por la ma\u00f1ana y te estires como lo har\u00eda, o que alcances algo como lo har\u00eda. Cuando des la mano a alguien, hazlo de la forma din\u00e1mica en que lo har\u00eda tu animal espiritual. Mira el mundo como lo har\u00eda tu animal, viendo las cosas como podr\u00eda. Utiliza todos los sentidos del animal: con un animal de poder serpiente, por ejemplo, sentir\u00e1s tu entorno con todo tu ser.
