\"\"Cuando estamos en la relaci\u00f3n adecuada con nuestro destino, con el cosmos y con la tierra, adquirimos una gran sabidur\u00eda y podemos transformar nuestras heridas y traumas en fuentes de poder; despojarnos de nuestras historias pasadas para que dejen de confinarnos o definirnos; y liberar nuestras enso\u00f1aciones sobre el futuro. Los chamanes andinos lo llaman Ayni<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Cuando estamos en Ayni<\/em> con todos los seres vivos, el amor(Munay<\/em>) se convierte en el principio operativo en nuestras vidas. Ya no respondemos por rencor, ira o miedo. Disponemos de un gran poder para hacer el bien y crear. Y despu\u00e9s de haber probado el verdadero poder de crear, podemos dejar de sentirnos v\u00edctimas o de ser expertos y sabelotodos. Podemos volver a pensar como ni\u00f1os, con una mente de principiantes, viendo la vida fresca como si fuera la primera vez.<\/p>\n

Abandonamos la actitud de \u00abya lo he hecho\u00bb. Una mente de principiante nos obliga a desprendernos de nociones preconcebidas sobre qui\u00e9nes debemos ser y c\u00f3mo deben funcionar las cosas. Nuestras vidas se simplifican al no estar agobiados por expectativas que nadie parece cumplir del todo. La inocencia y la espontaneidad vuelven a impregnar nuestras vidas; no es que olvidemos nuestros a\u00f1os de experiencia, simplemente no confundimos lo que aprendimos ayer con lo que estamos descubriendo hoy.<\/p>\n

Cuando practicamos Ayni<\/em> podemos empezar a desechar creencias limitantes sobre la escasez, la abundancia, la intimidad y nuestra autoestima. Poco a poco, nos damos cuenta de que todas las creencias son limitantes y empezamos a tirarlas todas a la papelera de reciclaje. A continuaci\u00f3n, desarrollamos una relaci\u00f3n hipot\u00e9tica con el mundo, poniendo a prueba la utilidad de cada noci\u00f3n que tenemos. Entendemos que \u00abcreer es ver\u00bb y que el universo validar\u00e1 cada creencia que tengamos sobre la naturaleza de la realidad.<\/p>\n
