My path began during a five-year health crisis that brought me to the edge physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Searching for answers, I journeyed deep into the Amazon rainforest, where I encountered the profound healing of indigenous shamanic traditions. That experience opened a doorway to meaning and set me firmly on a path of service.

Since then, I have trained with master shamans in the Andes, studied with renowned teachers, and completed advanced training with The Four Winds. Today, I serve as a senior teacher at The Four Winds Energy Medicine School, sharing these transformative practices with students and clients worldwide.

Before dedicating my life to this work, I spent nearly two decades as a software engineer. That background taught me precision and logic — qualities I now weave with the sacred wisdom of ancient traditions to create a grounded yet deeply spiritual approach to healing.

These teachings guided me back to health, harmony, and purpose. It is my honor to walk beside others as they reclaim their light, release the past, and create lives rooted in beauty and balance.

She began studying with The Four Winds in 2007, taking the Energy Medicine Training, Masters’ Classes and going to Mount Pachatusan and the Amazon jungle.  She began teaching for The Four Winds as an assistant in 2017 and is now a Lead Teacher for the Energy Medicine Training, both residential and on-line.

In working with clients, she finds that Energy Medicine gets right to the heart of the matter and opens the way to profound transformation. She loves supporting current students and graduates as a mentor and encourages the people she works with to release self-imposed limitations and live the life of their dreams.

Tracey Robinson is a dedicated practitioner of energy medicine in Australia, who brings a rich tapestry of healing modalities to her practice. Trained at The Four Winds Society in shamanic energy medicine and currently teaching the Energy Medicine Wheel to help others weave ancient wisdom with modern techniques to support deep, transformative healing.

Tanja Mayer, MD
Born and raised in the Austrian Alps, Tanja developed a deep connection to nature and the wisdom it holds. Her professional journey began in conventional medicine, where she gained a strong foundation in science and healing. Yet, she felt drawn to explore ancient and holistic approaches, leading her on a transformative path across the world.
Today, Tanja runs a private practice in southern Germany, specializing in functional medicine and shamanic energy medicine. Since 2003, Marcela has been initiated into the healing and spiritual traditions of the Amazon and the Andes, later deepening her path through Tantric Buddhist practices. Today, she is

I am a former federal administrative law judge with master’s degrees in public health and public and international affairs, and a Fulbright scholar. My life took a profound turn after the death of my 27-year old son from a heroin overdose.   To understand grief and loss, I left behind a 30-year legal and public health career to follow the path of spirit; becoming a nomad and studying with shamans, priests and spiritual masters around the world for two- and-a-half years.  

My book, Living Grieving: Using Energy Medicine to Alchemize Grief and Loss, helps those navigating the deep waters of bereavement to honor the departed by choosing to create a new life from the ashes of the old with love and purpose.

Lynn Berryhill is an acclaimed artist whose paintings are featured in collections throughout the U.S. and Europe. Lynn has taught creativity classes, is an active energy medicine practitioner, and loves to teach. Her creative spirit lets her easily take students into the realms of the soul to learn to work with destiny.

Emma believes in the importance of bridging the spiritual world with our internal compass. Through the radiant alchemy of balancing body, mind, and spirit, in order to connect with the aliveness of life. Throughout her childhood, she was exposed to spiritual practices and ideologies and even at a young age, she was aware that these tools would someday be useful. Ruby Parker’s career in the healing arts spans over 20 years and includes work as a massage therapist, Reiki master, personal counselor, and Energy Medicine practitioner focused on the connection of mind, body and soul. Ruby is Assistant Director of Alternative and Complementary Health at The Sanctuary at Sedona.
