I have no previous training or experience in this area. Can I still do the training?
Yes. This training is specifically designed to be equally appropriate for people with different levels of prior knowledge and experience. This training is appropriate for you if you wish to practice shamanic energy medicine or integrate these techniques into your medical, psychological, health and wellness practice.
WILL I HAVE FREE TIME DURING THE TRAINING?
The intensity of this training allows for breaks, but you will be immersed in the topics during the six months. You should plan to dedicate between 10 and 12 hours per week to the coursework. Some weeks may require more time to practice the knowledge with colleagues, friends and family.
WILL I STILL HAVE ACCESS TO THE MATERIALS AFTER COMPLETING THE TRAINING?
Once you finish your training, you’ll have unlimited access to the learning platform. You’ll continually receive invitations to our seminars, events, and retreats. All additional materials, like the workbook, are yours to keep and download as needed. Also, you’ll have access to our community platform for an additional 6 months after training.
HOW DO I KNOW IF I AM DOING THE EXERCISES CORRECTLY?
The training includes very detailed video demonstrations of all exercises and you can always ask your teachers any specific questions if you have them.
ARE THERE OPPORTUNITIES FOR FURTHER EDUCATION?
We offer you the opportunity to participate in advanced courses after your training. You can obtain advanced master certifications.
WILL I HAVE SOME KIND OF CERTIFICATION AFTER THE COMPLETION OF THE TRAINING?
Yes, after completing the training you can either obtain I. Certificate of Attendance or II. Master Practitioner of Energy Medicine certificate from The Four Winds Society.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A I. CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE AND II. MASTER PRACTITIONER OF ENERGY MEDICINE CERTIFICATE?
I. CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
Designed for all who wish to explore the philosophy, meditations, and healing practices for their personal growth and learning. Joining the live calls with faculty and Alberto, and clinical practice with clients are not required.
II. MASTER PRACTITIONER OF ENERGY MEDICINE CERTIFICATE
Designed for students who wish to become health coaches and practice shamanic energy medicine or who want to integrate the techniques into their existing medical, psychotherapy, counseling, health or wellness practice.
To receive your Certificate as a Master Practitioner of Shamanic Energy Medicine you will be required to perform 12 illuminations, 12 extractions and 12 soul retrievals. You will need to write three case studies of each skill. Each case study should not exceed two pages. Templates are provided. Feel free to use your own words and structure when writing up your case studies.
