Los Lobos Reservations
Terms and Conditions
All reservations are pre-paid. We request a 50% deposit to confirm bookings, and the remaining balance to be paid 30 days before arrival at Los Lobos.
Cancellation fees
The following cancellation penalties apply, depending on the cancellation notice provided:
- 29 to 0 days prior to scheduled arrival: 100% of total reservation.
Christmas and New Year Conditions
When making reservations for Christmas and New Year at Los Lobos, the full amount of the reservation will be required to confirm. The following cancellation penalties apply depending on the cancellation notice provided:
- 90 to 0 days before scheduled arrival: 100% of total reservation.
Other conditions
No pets are allowed, as our facilities are not equipped for their comfort and care.
Free WiFi access in common areas. Rooms have no access to the Internet as they are designed to ensure complete rest.
Reimbursement Fee
If paid with a credit card, we will retain 3% of the total paid. If paid by wire transfer, we will retain a US$25 wire transfer reimbursement fee.
