Day 1 – Welcome to Chile! Los Lobos staff will pick you up at the airport by 10 a.m. and take you to our sanctuary, nestled in the mountains of central Chile.
Nutritious outdoor lunch surrounded by gardens, followed by leisure time (choice of nap, journal, pool, meditation, or massage).
Afternoon welcoming circle and despacho ceremony to align our individual intentions with each other and the land.
Early bedtime.
Day 2 – Morning: Introduction to a Universal map of the feminine, looking at her many faces across time and from different cultures around the world. Speak about how we went from matriarchy to patriarchy and how we step into “other” now. Sand painting in the meditation gardens.
Afternoon: Introduction to the kingdom of plants. How their medicine can restore our glands to heal and support our hormone system. Description of medicinal plants to balance the first chakra and restore the adrenals.
Day 3 – Morning: Exploration of the Dark Feminine and introduction to the goddesses Lilith and Kali. Learning to dance, heal, and meditate with swords while going through a spiral ceremony.
Afternoon: Using herbs to let go of old patterns, and herbs to clear toxic relationships so we may recreate ourselves and the way we relate. Balance the second chakra with herbs and oils while supporting our sex hormones. Introduction to essential oils for deep physical and emotional balance.
Day 4 – Morning: Deepen the relationship with the Dark Feminine to embrace death as an ally while surrendering the Ego. African dance with live drumming.
Afternoon: Herbs and oils to empower the third chakra and reclaim our true vitality. Learn how our digestive system and gut flora affect our overall health and control our feelings.
Day 5 – Morning: Invite the Dark Feminine to rest while summoning the archetype of the maiden who personifies innocence and independence. Water ceremony to purify our emotional body. Cleansing herbs for bathing, smudging and clearing our auras. Fourth chakra herbs for opening our hearts.
Afternoon: Prepare raw, organic, beneficial, sensual chocolate followed by the Rite of the Womb ceremony.
Day 6 – Morning: Walk in the forest with the maiden to truly listen to nature, find inner silence and connect with our personal song. Explore the herbs for the fifth chakra that aid in unleashing our medicine voice and which balance our thyroid gland.
Afternoon: Meditate with plants and trees followed by making our own flower remedies with rosemary, ylang ylang, and roses to enhance the frequency of the energy body.
Day 7 – Morning: Understanding the endocrine system in our brain. Work with plants that balance and awaken the pineal gland and affect the production of DMT.
Afternoon: Light lunch in preparation for our sweat lodge, a ceremony to give thanks, release the maiden, and connect with the Mother Goddess.
Day 8 – Morning: Sisterhood circle to integrate all experiences until now, and to honor the Mother in her rightful place.
Afternoon: Herbal medicine for contemplation, meditation, and a more sublime connection with spirit. Working with resins that heal old wounding and welcome new possibilities. We make salves and oils for the skin and the soul. Seventh chakra integration, feet on the ground and head in the heavens.
Day 9 – Morning: Welcome the ageless Wise, Sage, Crone. She who embodies mystery, speaks the truth, and is a soul shaker. She who is at the peak of the harvest of her life.
Afternoon: From soil to plant to medicine. How can we help balance the earth? Giving back and giving thanks. Take care of our piece of land in the very best way to support the entire ecosystem.
Day 10 – Morning: Early rise for a pilgrimage and vision quest in the mountains. Every step is a prayer; every breath is awareness. Transcendental meditation in the high mountains.
Return to the lodge by evening to share our discoveries and a hearty soup.
Day 11 – Morning: Conversation on how to share our wisdom and unique gifts in our communities while feeling safe and effective, and without losing foothold. How to stay inspired and keep inner discipline.
Afternoon: Each participant prepares a five to ten-minute mythic presentation for the group to convey how her life journey will continue.
Day 12 – Morning: Closing circle and continuation to the next destination.
