—Oneness Tune-Up
How are you feeling today? Maybe you aren’t experiencing the feeling of Oneness the same way you did a few months or even a few days ago. Perhaps you are experiencing brain fog and feeling alienated from your emotions, your body, from the earth and from spirit. When chanting OM, breathing practice, or saying a prayer isn’t working what can you do to reconnect, experience inner harmony and recover from maladies of body and mind?
Often the feeling of alienation has little to do with what is going on around us but has a lot to do with what’s going on inside our guts. As we experience the stresses and strains of quarantine, including the challenges of grocery shopping, eating-in and cooking meals appealing to everyone in the family, eating habits may have strayed far from Grow a New Body protocols. Grow a New Body protocols are based on neuronutrients and foods that enable the pineal gland to produce the bliss molecules of DMT. In this state we access our neocortex and connection with Oneness is simple and natural.
After a few months of reaching for comfort foods when feeling sad, insecure or overwhelmed, we are back to living in survival mode. Foods like pizza, pasta, cereals, peanut butter, yoghurts, desserts, and take-out food all have a high glycemic index. In survival mode we focus on fear, fighting, and cravings. We may turn to numbing out with alcohol or drugs. Instead of experiencing bliss we find ourselves filled with self-judgement and thoughts and behaviors characteristic of the limbic brain. Feeding the limbic brain keeps us operating at a dull level of awareness.
Why do we do it? Why are we tempted by comfort foods knowing that indulging will result in cravings that overwhelm our willpower? Because foods with a high glycemic index release the neurotransmitter dopamine, triggering a pleasure response. With foods associated with pleasure, cravings spike and we easily become obsessed with eating them.
You think you love the taste, but the real reason you can’t say no is the candida in your gut that thrive on sugar and release chemicals bringing on carb and sugar cravings. There is no good reason to support the candida, they overrun the good bacteria in your gut and can lead to yeast and fungal infections. The secret candida buster is saccharomyces boulardii, or S. boulardii, a nonpathogenic yeast strain that competes with Candida, displaces it, and moves it out of your gut.
If you find yourself craving comfort foods and suspect your gut is overrun with candida, it’s time for a tune-up! Time to clear your kitchen of comfort foods, throw away the take-out menus and reacquaint yourself with the protocols in Grow a New Body. Then make yourself a batch of S. boulardii and show candida the door! The good news is that in a very short time you can conquer your cravings, clear brain fog, move from your limbic brain into your neocortex and return to experiencing Oneness!
